 PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

Each and every project is handled by a dedicated project manager whose responsibilities include all engineering and technical liaison activities required for the project along side its contractual and financial aspects. This ensures smooth progress during the inclusive period from design to hand over.

Principle activities during project implementation can be categorized as:

Project Management and coordination

We coordinate and manage all the technical, commercial; and contractual aspects of the project including design and system engineering; procurement and manufacturing (local and foreign); erection and commissioning; supervisory services and training.

Technical Liaison

We monitor the process of submission and obtaining the approval of technical documents, following up the communications, holding meetings, preparing reports and translations.

Local Supervisory Services

We are in a position to select and appoint qualified experts for supervising the installation, commissioning and testing of the equipment at site. This would be completed by obtaining the Provisional and Final Acceptance Certificates (PAC & FAC).

Training and Inspection Services

We schedule the training courses during the design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning stages, appoint qualified trainers, select the appropriate trainees based on their background and future involvement, and provide all the logistical support for courses outside Iran or at site.

The above major activities need to be well supported by other Complementary Services to obtain satisfactory results.
